Govt has conceived Vision 2027 for Islamabad, says Mohsin Naqvi
Interior minister orders renovation of Quaid-e-Azam University’s entry point
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said on Thursday that Islamabad was incomplete without Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a function held in connection with the distribution of laptops under the Prime Minister Laptop distribution programme, he said that the government had conceived Vision 2027 for Islamabad. “There is also a University Town vision,” he informed.
He, on the occasion, ordered the renovation of the entry point of the university. “We will build world class auditorium at the university,” he announced.
He said that one thing was clear that if the land belonged to the government, its occupation would not be tolerated. “The government will recover each and every inch of its land from the occupiers,” Naqvi said categorically.
