Govt looks to Pakistan Army for Islamabad Police training

In order to enhance the capacity of the Islamabad Police, the federal government has decided to hire the services of the Pakistan Army, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
The government has made a request for the provision of services of two majors and 16 SSG commandos to train the personnel of the federal capital police.
These officers will be appointed on vacant seats in the police department.
As many as 10 SSG commandos will be appointed in the National Police Academy, who will train the ASPs.
