Mera Ghar Mera Pakistan housing scheme to be revived
Federal Minister for Finance Miftah Ismail said Friday that the government would provide loan under Mera Ghar Mera Pakistan housing scheme, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Just had a meeting at the SBP. The government will continue with the MGMP housing loan scheme for all those whose loan applications have been approved and who have paid advances (bayana). We will also ask the banks to reduce the interest rate charged. 1/2

The federal minister in a tweet said that he had held a review meeting with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), adding that those whose applications had been approved would be given loans.
He said that those applicants who had deposited the advance money would be provided loans, adding that the banks would be requested to reduce interest rates.

“Mera Ghar Mera Pakistan housing scheme is being reviewed, and it will be revived very soon,” he declared.
