ATC rejects bail of three lawyers in IHC attack case

An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Shah Raja Jawad Abbas has rejected bail pleas of three lawyers in the Islamabad High Court attack case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
ATC Islamabad rejected the bails of Bilal Mughal, Rao Sabir Hussain and Chaudhry Mansoor Hussain and all three were arrested outside the court.
The TV channel reported that ATC also rejected Islamabad High Court Bar Secretary Tassaduq Hanif, Islamabad High Court Bar member Naseer Kayani bail petitions.
The TV channel reported that lawyers Syed Obaidullah Shah and Khalid Mehmood Khan withdrew their petitions.
Earlier, ATC Islamabad on Friday granted bail to six lawyers in the Islamabad High Court attack case. ATC granted bail to Sardar Najam Abbas, Irfan Chaudhry, Advocate Khizar, Advocate Umar, Advocate Shoaib and Advocate Afshan, while each of them was ordered to submit a bond of Rs50,000.
The ATC however rejected the plea of District Bar Association's Secretary, Liaqat Manzoor Kamboh.
