PML-N cancels today’s Swat rally due to Maryam’s indisposition

The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has cancelled its public meeting in Swat scheduled to be held today (Tuesday) due to indisposition of party Vice President Maryam Nawaz, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb in a statement announced the cancellation of the PML-N Swat rally today owing to illness of Maryam Nawaz who was supposed to address the gathering.
Maryam Nawaz is suffering from high fever and doctors have advised her to take rest and do not travel, informed Ms Aurangzeb.
The PML-N spokesperson also extended apology to the people of Swat who were ready to welcome their leaders in today’s rally. She said that Ms Nawaz was confident that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa people would put stamp on the Lion symbol during the forthcoming local government elections in the province.
She also thanked the PML-N President (KP chapter) Engr. Amir Muqam and other party office-bearers for making arrangements for today’s rally.
She appealed to all people to pray for the early recovery of Ms Nawaz.
