The Anti-Narcotics Force has recovered six cocaine-filled capsules from the stomach of a Nigerian national coming from Qatar at Bacha Khan International Airport, Peshawar on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Nigerian swallowed cocaine-filled capsules in a bid to smuggle the contraband into the country.

In another operation, the ANF recovered 430 grams of heroin from a parcel to be sent to London at a private courier office in Gulberg, Lahore. The heroin was skillfully concealed in the carpet.

The man who booked the parcel was a resident of Okara. The ANF arrested him.

The Anti-Narcotics Force recovered 7.2kg suspicious material from the parcel to be sent to New Zealand at a private courier office in Shahre Faisal, Karachi. The material was hidden in ladies’ jackets. Two accused, residents of Karachi, were arrested in this connection.
