Turkish stars Ersa Belgic, Ezgi Esma show solidarity with quake-hit Pak Afghan families

Turkish stars have expressed solidarity with the quake-hit people of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Taking social media, Ersa Belgic and Ezgi Esma Kurklu expressed their sympathies with the families who lost their beloved in the calamity. They also prayed for the speedy recovery of the person who sustained injuries in yesterday’s quake.
Ersa took to Instagram to show sympathy. “My Deepest condolences to those who have lost loved ones and my heartfelt wishes for a speedy recovery to those who have been injured in Pakistan and Afghanistan,” the 29-year-old Helime of Ertgul said.
Ersa been enjoying a massive fan base in Pakistan since she gained much admiration and appreciation for her role in the historic Turkish television series. In her glorious acting career, she has portrayed strong influential characters. Her portrayal as ‘Halime in Ertugrul is one of its kind.
She is known for her beautiful and expressive eyes as well as for her natural beauty. Though, Bilgic has starred in a number of other television dramas, but she became an overnight star with her debut in 2014 with the widely acclaimed Drillis: Ertugrul.

Esra has also starred in other television series like ‘Bir Umut Yeter’ (2018), ‘Ramo’ (2019-21) and Kanunsuz Topraklar (2021).
Esra’s popularity skyrocketed in Pakistan after her drama series Dirilis: Ertugrul started airing with Urdu dubbing. This also leads her way to increase followers on her social media platform. She has grossed over 6 million followers on Instagram. Moreover, Esra had over 295,000 followers on Twitter.
Ezgi Esma Kurklu in her message on social media said, “ I am sorry to hear about the earthquake in Pakistan which was also feld in India and Afganistan. My heart is with the victims.”

Ezgi Esma Kürklü too showed up in the hit Ertugrul series as Banu Çiçek.
She has a good fan-following base in Pakistan and kept on sharing her posts on social media.
For example, in a video message, she said” “I've been receiving hundreds of messages full of love, kindness and nice words from you. Thank you very much for it, it really touched my heart.”
“When I think of Pakistan, I always think of a very colourful place with kind and energetic people. I think it's a crowded country and I like crowded places.”
She also drew parallels between Pakistan and Turkey, saying, “It's a bit like Turkey, probably. And you know, as they say, it's two countries but one nation so I think we're close.”
