Azma Bukhari slams KP govt for sacking 182 federal employees
Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari on Saturday expressed her displeasure over Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s move to sack 182 staff members of the Centre for Rehabilitation Project in a single day, reported 24NewsHDTV channel.
In a statement on Saturday, Azma Bukhari blamed the PTI government for announcing creation of one million jobs, and instead it took away people’s living.
Azma Bokhari said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa information department paying millions of rupees to its social media brigade (force) for posting fake propaganda.
She went on to saying that these social media accounts are busy in spreading anti-state and anti-Pakistan propaganda round the clock.
The minister said that all resources and funds are available to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for holding agitation, rallies and marches.
Azma Bokhari said that KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur had complained about shortage of funds for payment of salaries to government employees but he is continuously receiving KP province share from NFC Award.
Azma Bokhari said that employees of local bodies department holding protest from last two years for lack of funds while on the other hand employees of educational departments holding agitation.
The Provincial Information Minister said that in Punjab, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz provided employment to more than 1,00,000 people under Clean Punjab Project while hundreds of employment opportunities were provided to people by executing new projects.
Azma Bokhari said that Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is busy in serving and welfare of the people of Punjab while opposition parties are concerned with depriving the people of their fundamental rights.
