Ceremony to honour Field Marshal Asim Munir to be held tonight

The special ceremony to honour Syed Asim Munir by pinning badge of Field Marshal rank on him will be held at the Aiwan-i-Sadr tonight, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
President Asif Ali Zardari will pin the badge at the ceremony which will start at 8:00 pm.
The ceremony will be attended by the prime minister, federal ministers, services chiefs and other senior officials.
Invitations have been issued to the guests.
The ceremony was first scheduled to be held on Wednesday but it was deferred after the terrorist attack on a school bus in Khuzdar District.
