Sadiqabad School attacked for trying to crack down on Ice

A Sadiqabad private school administration’s attempt to crack down on drug use by students on campus was met with violence inflicted by parents, reports 24NewsHD TV on Thursday.

Ice, also known as Methamphetamine, usage has increasingly become an epidemic amongst our country’s youth. In this case, suppliers allegedly gained access to classrooms through female students.

The school administration submitted a written application to the Sadiqabad police station which detailed that a suspicious knife and bottle were recovered from the bag of a seventh-grade student.

The girls involved were seemingly given an intoxicant in the bottle, which caused them to lose consciousness.

In a bid to help correct this behavior, the school administration summoned the parents of the girl concerned and told them about the whole incident.

The parents, instead of disciplining their daughter, attacked and vandalized the school.

According to the school administration, they have CCTV footage of the entire incident which shows several men entering the school and joining the attack which resulted in at least one teacher being injured.

The school administration claims that it is being threatened with serious consequences, including death threats, and are requesting a deeper investigation by the police.
