Six colliers trapped after landslide hits coalmine in Duki

Six colliers have been trapped inside a coalmine after a landslide hit it in the Pathar Top area in Duki on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the police, rescue operation has been launched immediately after the incident.
According to SHO Kashif Rafique, the coalminers were working in a mine about 3,000 feet deep when they were trapped inside due to the sudden landslide.
He said that rescue operations have been ongoing since last night to safely retrieve the affected miners while the relief teams and related personnel are continuously engaged in the operation.
