APPPDA announces protest, closure of petrol pumps on Nov 25

All Pakistan Petrol Pumps Dealers Association (APPPDA) Sunday announced the closure of petrol pumps in different regions of the country on November 25.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the association also announced that the petrol pumps would remain close till fulfilling their demands.
Leader of the APPPDA Majid Ansari said the petrol pumps in Lahore, Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral would remain closed on Nov 25.
Majid said that the government had not fulfilled its promises on their demands and until raising the dealer margin up to 6 per cent, they would not hold talks to the authorities.
He further stated that the government had promised to accept the demands and on the basis of this assurance they called the strike back on November 5.
