Female robbers on the loose in Gujranwala

A three-member gang of women robbers has become super active in Gujranwala city as in the latest incident these lady criminals committed a daytime robbery in Mujeeb Town, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

The women robbers first came to a victim’s house to invite Bilal for Milad (religious gathering). But at the right moment, they forced their entry into the house and deprived the inmates of valuables including four kilograms gold and Rs10,000 cash on gunpoint.

The TV channel reported that Aroop Police Station in Gujranwala has not yet registered an FIR of the robbery incident.

A few days back, Karachi Police in Gulshan-e-Maymar area arrested a dacoit couple who used to snatch rickshaws at gunpoint.

Karachi Police said the accused couple is also involved in smuggling drugs in the port city. 

The arrested accused husband and wife had booked a rickshaw from Malir to Gabol Town and snatched the rickshaw at gunpoint on the way.

The couple was also not alone in committing this crime. The accused couple committed crimes with the help of their three more accomplices, the Karachi police said.
