Meerut UP’s medical college student Vania Asad Sheikh jumped of the campus Library building and died Saturday as she was harassed by classmate Siddharth Panwar.
According to the details, deceased Vania was a Muslim student of second-year in Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the Subharti Medical College in Meerut UP.
Vania Sheikh was reportedly molested by Siddharth on the campus premises. On protesting, the alleged harasser twisted her hand and slapped her in front of everyone. Siddharth is accused of mentally and physically harassing Vania.
New facts in this case are being uncovered which state that Vania had lodged complaints against Siddharth in the College administration six months ago.
The public is furious and blaming it all on the discrimination faced by the Muslims in India. Some have even said that serious action would have been taken and she would have been alive if her name was Ankita instead of Vania. This clearly states that even the Indian Public thinks that Muslims are deprived off their basic rights just because the extremist Hindu organizations are discriminant against them.

The UNESCO chairperson and senior academic professor of peace and conflict research posted a video of the girl jumping on his twitter and bashed the Indian media saying that it is silent because they can’t paint it as “LOVE JIHAD” as the woman was Muslim and the man is Hindu.
An Indian Journalist Piyush Rai also took to his Twitter and said stated that the accused harasser has been arrested and an FIR under four sections of the Indian Penal Code including assault and criminal force to outrage modesty has been filed against him. He further said that additional sections will be added to the FIR as the deceased died because of major injuries.
Piyush Rai said that the incident of the Siddharth slapping Vania right before she jumped off the fourth floor of the library has been caught on the CCTV camera in the building. The slap is believed to be the biggest trigger for the victim to take this extreme step.
The Public is seemingly very angry and all of them are saying that this happened only because of the victim’s religion and the discriminant and hateful administration.
