Former Islamabad Mayor Sheikh Anser Aziz termed Imran Khan's claim of constructing a road of Bani Gala with the amount of sold gifts of Toshakhana as false.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the former mayor of the capital city has said that the Bani Gala Road was constructed in the Nawaz Sharif’s last regime.

He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan himself had requested former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to build the Bani Gala Road.

Sheikh Anser further stated that Imran Khan had built a road to his house in Bani Gala and had given Rs3 million to the Municipal Corporation of Islamabad.

The former mayor of Islamabad also said that the entire record of the payment of Rs3 million from Imran Khan is available with the pay order.
