Islamabad United elect to bowl against Peshawar Zalmi

Islamabad United have won the toss and elected to bat first against Peshawar Zalmi in the 12th match of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi.

Peshawar Zalmi have so far played three matches, and they remained victorious in two of them.

The team won their campaign open by inflicting a two-run defeat on Karachi Kings.

They, however, suffered a 56-run defeat at the hands of Multan Sultans in their second match.

The team bounced back in their third match and beat Quetta Gladiators by four wickets.

Today will be their fourth match in the eighth edition of PSL.

On the other hand, Islamabad United remained victorious in one out of the two matches they have played so far.

The team won their first match against Karachi Kings by beating the latter by four wickets.

They, however, suffered a defeat by 52 runs in their second match against Multan Sultans.

Today will be their third match in the eighth edition of PSL.
