At least six flights were cancelled and nine others delayed after fog disrupted the flights operation at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The runway was not operational as the fog, not so dense, reduced the level of visibility considerably.

The flights which were cancelled included: Flight QR-620 coming from Doha to Lahore, Flight QR-621 going to Doha from Lahore, flight ER-522 coming from Karachi to Lahore, flight ER-523 going to Karachi from Lahore, flight ER-524 coming from Karachi to Lahore and flight ER-525 going to Karachi from Lahore.

The flights which were facing delays included: Flight TK-714 coming from Istanbul to Lahore is facing a delay of six and half hours, Flight TK-715 going to Istanbul from Lahore is facing a delay of six hours and flight PK-203 going to Dubai from Lahore is facing a delay of five and half hours.
