Chief Commissioner Islamabad Captain (retd) Muhammad Usman has been removed from his post, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Captain Usman has been directed to report to the Establishment Division.
Grade-20 officer Captain (retd) Noorul Amin has been appointed as new Chief Commissioner Islamabad.
The Establishment Division issued the notifications on Monday.
