Four accused involved in visa fraud, human smuggling arrested in Lahore

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Lahore Zone has arrested four accused involved in visa fraud and human smuggling, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
The arrested accused include Mir Awais Khan, Maryam Pervaiz, Muhammad Jamil and Muhammad Afzal.
Accused Mir Awais Khan and Maryam Pervaiz extorted more than Rs20 million by deceiving citizens with UK work visas.
Accused Mir Awais Khan and Maryam Pervaiz were arrested after their pre-arrest bail was cancelled by the Lahore High Court while accused Muhammad Jamil and Muhammad Afzal extorted Rs450,000 in the name of sending citizens to Saudi Arabia but the accused failed to send the citizens abroad.
The accused were arrested and an investigation has been launched.
