Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz Sharif has said that her party will not bow down if the House of Justice overrules its own decisions.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, she said in a tweet on Saturday that if the courts put all the weight on one side then they should not be expected to bow down to such one-sided decisions.
Reacting to the hearing of the petition against Hamza Shehbaz in the Supreme Court, she said in the tweet, “The current series of political chaos and instability begins with the court’s interpretation of the constitution about not counting the votes of those who voted voluntarily. Today it is being reinterpreted to still benefit the same ‘blue-eyed’ again.”

In another tweet, she further said, “If the House of Justice also comes under the pressure of intimidation and abuse and repeatedly takes certain decisions by the same bench and overrule their own decisions. And, if the courts of justice put all the weight on one side then her party should not be expected to bow down to such one-sided decisions as enough is enough.”
