PTI’s Asad Umar surprised at return of Hamza as interim Punjab CM
July 23, 2022 07:39 PM
Referring to the Supreme Court’s (SC) short order, which revived the interim status of Punjab chief minister Hamza Shehbaz, PTI Secretary General Asad Umar said on Saturday that it was strange that a man, who had never been chief minister of the province in the eyes of law, was today declared by the SC the interim CM for a period of two days, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In a tweet, he said it was a pity that Hamza, who was a loser in the election for the seat of Punjab chief minister held yesterday (July 22, 2022), was today christened as chief executive of the province for an interim period.
