Gold rates decline more in Pakistani market
Another decline of Rs200 per tola is witnessed in gold prices in the Pakistani market on Thursday. It is the fourth consecutive day when the prices of the yellow metal are reduced in the current week.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the price of 24-Karat gold fell by a further Rs200 per tola and Rs172 per 10 grams to reach Rs2,18,500 per tola and Rs1,87,328 per 10 grams respectively.
In the last two days, the price of 24-Karat gold fell by Rs3,000 per tola and Rs2,564 per 10 grams.
On Thursday, the price of the yellow metal decreased by US$5 per ounce to US$1,929 per ounce in the international market.
While the price of 24-karat pure silver did not change and traded at Rs2,550 per tola and the price of 10 grams of 24-karat silver at Rs2186.21 per 10 grams.
