Lahore court grants bail to 33 suspects in Jinnah House attack case

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Lahore approved the bail pleas of 33 suspects in the Jinnah House attack case and ordered to dismiss the bail pleas of 197 suspects in the same case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Khadija Shah, Aliya Hamza Malik, Sanam Javed, and Ibad Farooq were among those whose bail pleas had been dismissed.

ATC judge Ejaz Ahmad Buttar heard the case.

A case numbered 96/23 was registered against the accused at the Sarwar Road police station.

Ayesha Masood, Faiza Azmat, Farhat Farooq, Sania Sajid, Farah Nisar, and Alia Bibi were among those whose bail pleas were approved.

The court ordered them to submit Rs100,000 worth of surety bonds each.
