Suspecting love affair, woman kills husband, niece in Lahore

A woman murdered her husband and niece with a sharp-edged weapon in Lahore on Monday due to their suspicious relationship, reported 24NewsHDTV channel.

The incident occurred in Baghbanpura locality of Lahore. The deceased were later identified as Shazia 16, and Shaukat 50.

The woman, namely Zainab, then tried to commit suicide but the timely intervention of the Dolphin Squad personnel prevented her to take her life.

Soon after the incident, a heavy contingent of police’s forensic department reached the site and shifted the dead bodies to the hospital for autopsy.

Jeweler shot dead in Rawalpindi

A jeweler was dead on the spot when an accused opened fire on him in Rawalpindi. Soon after the incident, the accused escaped from the scene.

A heavy contingent of the police reached the site of the crime and started collecting evidences. The deceased was later identified as Hafiz Aqid Abbasi.
