An officer of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) deputed at the immigration counter at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport has been suspended for harassing a girl, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The FIA officer has asked for the money and mobile number of the 15-year-old girl who travelled from Bahrain to Karachi.

A video of the incident has gone viral on social media and the family claimed that the teen girl was harassed at the immigration counter.

The family further claimed that when the girl refused to give her personal number she was harassed by the said FIA officer. They said the presence of such FIA officers at the airport will bring a bad name to the country.

The sources in the FIA said the incident is being further probed.
