Special container built to carry Shehbaz, other PML-N leaders to Islamabad

PML-N workers’ convention will be held in Rawalpindi today

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has made complete arrangements for the Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) long march on Islamabad against inflation as a special container has been built for carrying party President Shehbaz Sharif, Vice President Maryam Nawaz, Leader of the Opposition in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz and other leaders, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

Maryam and Hamza will lead the marchers from their Model Town residence, while Saiful Malook Khokhar and Faisal Saif Khokhar, referred to as Khokhar brothers, on whose orders the container has been built, will reach Model Town in a rally. 

Similarly, MPA Khawaja Salman Rafique, Malik Waheed and Rana Ahsan Sharafat will also reach Sharif’s Model Town residence.      

Likewise, Khawaja Ahmed Hassan, Hafiz Mian Nauman and Syed Tauseef Shah, MPA Ramzan Bhatti, MPA Yasin Sohal, Mian Naseer Ahmad will reach Model Town along with workers. 

Three groups of the PML-N have been directed to lead the caravans to the shrine of Sufi Hazrat Ali Hajveri (Data Darbar).  

Mian Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman, Bilal Yasin and Mian Marghub Ahmed will reach the shrine along with the people of their constituency. 

Mehar Ishtiaq Ahmed, Rana Mashhood Ahmad have also been directed to reach Data Darbar. 

PML-N leaders in Shahdara have also been assigned duties. 

Khawaja Imran Ahmad, Chaudhry Shehbaz Ahmad, Ghazzali Saleem Butt, Samiullah Khan and MPA Bao Akhtar Ali Khan have been told to lead the workers to Shahdara.

People no longer ready to tolerate most corrupt govt in history: Marriyum

PML-N Information Secretary Marriyum Aurangzeb Wednesday said that preparations for the party’s long march were underway as the people were no longer ready to tolerate the most corrupt government in the history.

She said in a statement that the PML-N workers’ convention would be held on Wednesday (today) at 3pm on Hattar Road, Taxila, Rawalpindi.

“Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, PML-N Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal and other party leaders will address the convention,” she stated and added that the PML-N workers would join the movement against the tyrannical government.

“People are not even ready for one more minute to tolerate the most corrupt government in the history,” Marriyum Aurangzeb maintained.

“People will come out of their houses in the PML-N long march to get rid of inflation, unemployment, and economic destruction,” she affirmed.

“People will come out of their houses to get rid of those doing vindictive politics in the name of religion,” she added.
