Federal Minister for Climate Change Senator Sherry Rehman has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has hired another lobbying firm to restore its lost credibility in the United States (US), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

She stated that agreement with Praia Consultants aimed to improve PTI’s relations with the US.

“After the failure of the cipher conspiracy, dollars are now being poured in to gain influence. The firm will arrange meetings of the PTI leaders with the US decision makers. The firm will also guide the PTI regarding the content of these meetings,” she added.

“After putting Pakistan’s relations with the US at stake, the PTI is constantly acquiring the services of lobbying firms for its publicity,” she deplored.

“They fabricated a narrative of foreign conspiracy. The audio leaks proved that they were planning to ‘play’ with Pakistan's interests for their personal politics,” she lambasted the PTI leaders.

“Their double standards and U-turns have been exposed many times. Imran Khan will have to explain to the nation regarding these agreements,” she added.
