A traffic warden was injured seriously after being run over by a truck in Hyderabad, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday. 
According to police, the injured was on duty when he signalled a truck coming one way to stop near the CIA centre, but instead of stopping driver carried and ran him over before fleeing the scene.
The victim was admitted to a nearby hospital where doctors said his condition is critical.
