Family of slain militant says they have nothing to do with him
Family as well as over 20 elders of Kurri Shamozai, Dera Ismael Khan have shown their dissociation with Naeem Khan, a militant, who had lost his life while combating the security forces during an attack on the Jundula Fort on March 13, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
Ahmad Khan, the father of the militant, and elders of the village attended a Jirga in which they said they had nothing to do with Naeem.
His father said, “Whoever is opposed to Pakistan and its armed forces is the enemy of the state even if he is my son,” Ahmad said, adding, “I went to meet him a year and three months back with the holy Quran in my hand, and implored him to shun militancy. But he did not heed my advice.”
“Now neither I need his corpse nor his skeleton,” he said categorically.
