Pakistan Embassy in Saudi Arabia decided to provide online services to its citizens residing in the Kingdom, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Pakistanis residing in Saudi Arabia now would be able to avail online services at the Pakistani Embassy from June 01, 2021.

Pakistani citizens could renew their residential or professional agreements (Iqama) and other documents online from next month.

Pakistani citizens could now also send documents, applications, requests, complaints, and different forms through the online service from their homes.

Pakistani embassy and consulates constituted in the Kingdom would forward these documents like Iqama to the concerned Saudi Arabian authorities for further progress after checking it thoroughly.

As per the report, Pakistani citizens could now enjoy a facility of renewal of passport or National Identity Card related issues through online services of the Pakistani Embassy.

The Pakistani Embassy would also inform the citizens about development on their requests through a call back to them on their already provided phone numbers and could be called to visit Embassy if needed.
