Police thwarts bid to smuggle Indian betel nuts, gutka from Ubaro

On the credible information provided by a sensitive agency, police impounded a container loaded with gutka and Indian betel nuts in Ubaro, reported 24News HD TV Channel on Saturday.
Police also arrested the driver of the container, who was later identified as Arshad Ali, and started an investigation.
Police also recovered 419 sacks of Indian betel nuts. The suspicious trailer was going from Karachi to Lahore. The driver said that someone booked the betel nuts in Karachi.
The market value of impounded betel nuts and other goods in the international market is worth millions of rupees.
Police took the container into custody and started an investigation.
