A “team” of armed dacoits looted a flour mill in Manga Mandi and escaped their good on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The team of 12 dacoits entered the Numbardar Flour Mill from roof of an uninhabited poultry farm on the mill’s backside.

The dacoits made all the workers hostage in flour mill and looted over Rs2.5 million from the safe.

The robbers also snatched Rs350,000 from a salesman and Rs100,000 from contractor Ikram Ali who were also present thee at the time of the dacoity.

The dacoits also took along a 9mm pistol and a triple-two rifle.

A heavy contingent of police rushed to the site after flour mill owner Jehanzeb informed them.

According to police, there were no CCTV cameras installed at the flour mills and they then summoned the forensic experts for further investigation.
