Gold prices go sky-rocketing in Pakistan

The gold prices in Pakistan saw an increase on Wednesday as the yellow metal saw a phenomenal increase in value in the international market.

According to the 24News Hd TV channel, the gold price of one tola of 24-Karat gold went up by Rs150 to reach Rs159,200.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-Karat gold went up by Rs128 to reach Rs136,488.

In the international market, the price of one ounce of gold was decreased by $9 to reach $1739.

The price of one tola of 24-Karat silver also increased by Rs20 as it was being traded for Rs1710 per tola.

Karachi Sarafa Bazaar Association representatives said that the increase in the value of the dollar has affected the price of gold.
