November 23, 2022 11:19 PM

In a tit-for-tat reply to the interior ministry’s threat alert regarding the attack on the PTI long march, senator Shibli Faraz has said it is the responsibility of the federal government to provide foolproof security to the participants.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, PTI senior leader Senator Shibli Faraz said that they are in touch with the Islamabad administration regarding the November 26 real freedom march.

“The federal government will be responsible for any untoward incident or any attack on the PTI chairman Imran Khan,” he added.

Shibli Faraz further said that PTI's protests are always peaceful because families including women and children participate in the rallies.

He warned that the federal government will be responsible if there is any violence or terrorist attack on the participants of the march.
