A doctor of a private hospital operated on the left leg of a patient instead of the right, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Saturday.

Patient Ranjan Sheikh says he sustained injuries after he fell on the floor. Due to the strike of the doctors in the government hospital, he had to come to the private hospital where the 70-year-old was operated on his left leg instead of his right leg. 

It is said that after coming out of the operation theater and regaining consciousness, it was revealed that a wrong operation had been done on his leg.
