Senior actor Waseem Abbas said that "old top actors from golden times are forgotten in the industry and not taken care of".
Waseem Abbas recently attended a talk show with his son, actor Ali Abbas, as a guest, where he highlighted many complaints from the entertainment industry.
Waseem Abbas added, "Learn a little differentiation, learn to remember the top actors a little, they are our heritage."
The “Family Front” star compared the Pakistani industry with the Indian industry, "there you see how they remember the old top actors."
Waseem described the current era of Pakistani industry as "the age of shame" and said, "Indians do not let their 70-year-old representative die. You have killed everyone."
"This is not only the fault of today's generation, the content of our programs is not enough to remember our heritage," he said.
"The famous actors at the award shows are underappreciated for their services to the industry," Waseem added.
