PPP chairperson meets Iranian president

Former foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari met Iranian President Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.
During the meeting, friendly relations between Pakistan and Iran came under dissuasion. Punjab Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah was also present. The Iranian president with his delegation arrived in the port city of Karachi on the third leg of his visit to Pakistan.
Sindh Governor Kamran and CM Murad Ali Shah received him at the Jinnah International Airport. President Raisi visited Quaid's mausoleum and paid his respects to the founder of Pakistan. He met the Sindh governor at the CM House.
The Sindh governor awarded the Iranian president an honorary degree in recognition of his services in cementing ties between the two nations.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi met the Sindh CM and had a detailed discussion on Pakistan-Iran economic opportunities, including issues concerning investment.
