Mohsin Naqvi listens to public’s complaints at Islamabad Traffic Centre

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a surprise visit to Islamabad Traffic Centre Faizabad on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

During his visit, Mohsin Naqvi reviewed facilities available for citizens at the Traffic Centre. Mohsin Naqvi conducted thorough inspection of all stages of licensing.

The Interior Minister conducted a detailed inspection of Token Room, Sign Test and Physical Test Centres. Mohsin Naqvi reviewed the performance of the staff by directly asking the citizens.

On the occasion, a citizen requested Mohsin Naqvi the system for obtaining licenses is a bit slow and request the Interior Minister to speed up the system.

"I have told the IG, we will make it faster, Mohsin Naqvi assured the citizens".

The minister directed immediate steps after listening to the problems of the citizens.

Chief Traffic Officer SSP Hamza Humayun gave a complete briefing to Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on all stages of licensing.

Mohsin Naqvi instructed that every action in the traffic center should be transparent and timely.

Mohsin Naqvi instructed to provide additional machines and facilities for citizens coming for licenses. Naqvi further instructed to ensure reforms and transparency in the traffic center.
