Bilawal nominates Murad as CM Sindh, Awais and Anthony as Speaker, Deputy Speaker
Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has announced Syed Murad Ali Shah as the candidate for Sindh Chief Minister, along with Owais Shah for Speaker and Anthony Naveed for Deputy Speaker in the Sindh Assembly.
Bilawal Bhutto addressed a press conference in Karachi, outlining the party's political and developmental agenda for Sindh on Friday. He emphasized that Syed Murad Ali Shah, Owais Shah, and Anthony Naveed would play pivotal roles in leading the province forward.
Underlining the party's commitment to serving the people of Sindh, Bilawal Bhutto pledged to surpass previous records in providing public services, particularly focusing on enhancing the health sector. He also pledged to implement a modern education curriculum and tackle issues of inflation, unemployment, and poverty.
Additionally, Bilawal Bhutto assured the people of Sindh of an increased water quota from the Indus River System Authority (IRSA), with a particular focus on Karachi's needs. He also urged the federal government to address the rights of flood victims, emphasizing PPP's dedication to the welfare of all citizens.
