Pakistan coronavirus positivity ratio stands at 3.96 percent

The coronavirus positivity ratio in Pakistan stood at 3.96 percent on Sunday, the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) said.
According to the latest NCOC figures, as of January 24, the highest positivity ratio was recorded in Hyderabad 11.57 percent followed by Peshawar 11.29 percent and Karachi 10.68 percent.
The number of patients in serious condition is rising in Pakistan as 2,273 Covid-19 patients were critical across the country.
The positivity ratio in various federating units was: Azad Jammu and Kashmir 5.97%, Balochistan 3.52%, Gilgit Baltistan 0.56%, Islamabad 1.18%, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 5.25%, Punjab 2.54% and Sindh 10.23%.
The province-wise Covid positivity ratio was as under:
Punjab: Bahawalpur 4.46%, Lahore 4.23%, Faisalabad 3.21%, Multan 1.91%, Gujranwala 1.22%, Rawalpindi 1.14%.
Sindh: Hyderabad 11.57%, Karachi 10.68%.
KP: Peshawar 11.29%, Swat 3.41%, Abbottabad 0.31%.
Balochistan: Quetta 2.41%.
Islamabad: ICT 1.18%.
AJK: Mirpur 5.04%, Muzaffarabad 2.50%.
Gilgit Baltistan: Gilgit 1.41%
