Wholesale Grocers Association President Abdul Rauf Ibrahim has made an appeal to the Sindh government to review the decision of 6am-6pm business hours, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday.
The association president said the decision would be reviewed as, according to him, it would add to shopkeepers and businesspersons' problems. He questioned as to who will wake up too early and start business.
The Sindh government decided to impose fresh curbs to stem the spread of Indian delta. As per government plan, business hours will be from 6:00am to 6:00pm while it declared Friday and Sunday safe days.
The government announced closing down educational institutes, marriage halls and shrines while food outlets will be confined to just takeaway services from the next week.
