Govt orders probe into wrong depiction of Chinese flag on Post Office stamp

The federal government has ordered an inquiry after China reacted strongly to the wrong depiction of its flag on the postal stamp issued by the Pakistan Post Office to commemorate 10 years of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

Sources told 24News that China had asked Pakistan to take notice of the mistake.

They added that instead of four stars, the stamp issued by the post office had five stars on it.

There was lot of hue and cry in the Chinese media too over the issue.
