Two criminals killed in CCD encounters in Pindi Bhattian

Two dacoits were killed during separate police encounters with the Crime Control Department (CCD) in the Pindi Bhattian area late at night, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday

According to CCD sources, the encounters took place in two different police jurisdictions—Thana Sukheke and Thana Wanike Tarar, where CCD teams engaged in fierce gunfire exchanges with armed criminals.

The robbers were fatally injured by gunfire from their own accomplices during the exchange. Both suspects were shifted to the hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.

The deceased robbers have been identified as Ehsan and Bilal. Sources confirmed that both men were wanted in multiple criminal cases, including murder, robbery, theft, and vehicle snatching.

While the two suspects were neutralized, their accomplices managed to flee under the cover of darkness.

The CCD spokesperson emphasised that both Ehsan and Bilal were on police watchlists and involved in a series of violent criminal activities across various regions.
