PM forms top-echelon committee to embrace new Toshakhana Policy

The government has decided to formulate a new Toshakhana Policy for the country as the Prime Minister has formed an inter-ministerial committee to do so.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the Cabinet Division has issued a notification for the formation of an inter-ministerial committee on Friday.
As per the notification, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has been appointed as the convener of the committee by PM Shehbaz Sharif.
While Federal Minister for Commerce, Minister for Law and Justice, Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi, Secretary Cabinet Division, Foreign Secretaries including finance, information and broadcasting, former Intelligence Bureau (IB) Director General Aftab Sultan, a retired officer of Grade 22 Zaheer Ahmed, and Additional Secretary Cabinet Division are part of the committee.
The notification has also said that the top-echelon committee will submit its report to the Prime Minister within a month.
