Pakistan suspends domestic flights amid coronavirus outbreak

Pakistan on Tuesday decided to shut down the operation of domestic flights across the country from midnight on Wednesday (March 26).
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is going to notify this decision soon and it has informed the Pakistan International Airlines and private airlines of the decision. The domestic flight operation will resume on April 2. However, the decision will not affect cargo and special flights.
The decision has been taken keeping in view the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
