Prince Harry lands his first job [after surrendering royal duties], as a chief impact officer at a company in California’s Silicon Valley according to reports.
Prince Harry takes a job position in the executive sector at BetterUp, a firm regulating around employee inculcation and mental health assistance.
The Duke of Sussex explained his obligations as a chief impact officer: 'As BetterUp’s first Chief Impact Officer, my goal is to lift up critical dialogues around mental health, build supportive and compassionate communities, and foster an environment for honest and vulnerable conversations. And my hope is to help people develop their inner strength, resilience, and confidence.'
Prince Harry said that he was really excited to take up the role.
The Duke declared: "Self-optimisation is not about fixing something that's broken.
‘It's about becoming the best version of ourselves, with whatever life throws at us - someone who is ready for the next challenge and can meet setbacks with courage, confidence and self-awareness’.
The CEO of BetterUp Alexi Robichaux was particularly encouraged by the Prince’s ‘model of inspiration and impact through action’, stating that Prince Harry is a true model of a worthy citizen of the world as his entire life was based on diverting needed attention towards people’s needs and necessities also vouching for mental health start-ups.
Prince Harry delightfully declared that his experience of working with BetterUp coach was invaluable.
