PCB Selection Committee dissolved, Chief Moshin Naqvi to announce new body today

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) dissolved the selection committee and the announcement regarding new committee will be made by PCB Chairman Syed Mohsin Naqvi today, reported 24NerwsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to the PCB spokesman, new selection committee will be independent to make better decisions regarding the selection of new team members.

PCB Chief Mohsin Naqvi will hold a press conference on Sunday and was expected to announces new selection committee.

According to inside story, former test cricketer Wahab Raiz is expected to be made chief selector while former all rounder Abdul Razzaq will also get key slot in new set up.

It is pertinent to mention that the outgoing selection committee comprised former test cricketer Wahab Riaz as chief of selection committee while other members included former test cricketer Wajhat Ullah Wasti, Tausif Ahmed, Waseem Haider, Kamran Akmal, Rao Iftikhar, (consultant members) while Hassan Zafar Cheema was manager Analytics and Team Strategy.
