PML-N team seeks funds to counter PTI on social media

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) social media team has sought funds to neutralize the online narrative being propagated by the rival Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to the request forwarded to the government, the demanded including buying new laptops, vehicles, cameras, etc.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been using innovative social media techniques and management to promote its anti-government narrative like party chairman Imran Khan appeared in the video Personal on Demand Broadcast (Podcast) which is quite popular among youth and also appeared in Twitter Space platform.
Now, the PML-N social media team has sought funds from the government so they could buy laptops, vehicles and cameras to take on their rivals armed with more sophisticated technology.
The PML-N will use the expected funds for the V-logs and making TikTok videos to promote the N-League ideology and to counter the PTI online narrative.
Also, the ruling party's social media wing needs permanent funds for graphic designing and advertisements.
The PML-N team will upgrade the social media set up at their offices at 180-H Model Town in Lahore.
