Shakira releases official FIFA World Cup 2026 anthem ‘Dai Dai’

World pop star Shakira has released the official anthem for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, exciting football fans around the world ahead of the tournament, 24NewsHD TV reported.

The singer shared a clip from the newly released song, titled Dai Dai, on social media on Saturday, thanking several international football stars featured in the campaign.

“We’re ready! The official video for Dai Dai, the FIFA World Cup Official 2026 song, is here,” Shakira wrote in her post, mentioning players including Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, Luis Díaz, Vinícius Júnior, Rodri, Takefusa Kubo, Santiago Giménez, Alphonso Davies, Jamal Musiala, Christian Pulisic, Harry Kane, and Erling Haaland.

Shakira is also set to perform at the opening ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup on June 11, where she will co-headline the tournament’s first-ever halftime show alongside BTS and Madonna.

The singer has long been associated with football through her previous World Cup songs, especially Waka Waka (This Time for Africa), which remains one of the most recognized football anthems globally.

Fans flooded social media with reactions following the release of the music video, praising the collaboration and celebrating the return of Shakira to the World Cup stage.
