Prime Minister congratulates PML-N candidates on winning by-elections: Says victory is due to Nawaz Sharif's vision and CM Maryam Nawaz's hard work

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has congratulated candidates of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz for their resounding win in the by-elections, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In his message, PM Shehbaz Sharif felicitated Muhammad Tufail Jutt and Hafiz Muhammad Nauman on their convincing victories in the NA-143 Chichawatni and NA-129 Lahore by-elections.

The prime minister said, “The victory in the by-elections is due to the vision of Quaid Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and his exemplary leadership and the hard work of the party workers.”

Shehbaz Sharif further said “The victory in the by-elections is a reflection of the public’s trust in the hard work of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for the development of the province.”

“Undoubtedly, with the victory in NA-143 and NA-129 the public has expressed its trust in the spirit of public service of the PML-N,” he said and added: “The victory in the elections shows the public’s faith in the government’s performance.”

He said the victorious candidates of PML-N will work day and night to serve the people, representing the aspirations of their constituencies.

Later in a post on X platform on Monday morning, PM Shehbaz said “By the boundless grace and mercy of Allah, the streak of victories for PML-N candidates in the by-election results continued. The people have expressed their trust in PML-N's objectives of development, stability, and public welfare, for which the people are grateful.”

He said “The success of Sardar Mahmood Qadir Khan Leghari from NA-185 Dera Ghazi Khan, Ali Haider Noor Khan Niazi from PP-87 Mianwali, Ahmed Shehryar from PP-116 Faisalabad, Muhammad Tahir Parvez from PP-115, and others is the fruit of the eternal leadership of Quaid Nawaz Sharif.”

The premier remarked “The Pakistani people have rejected the politics of lies and chaos, choosing prosperity and peace instead. We will continue to work for the construction and development of the country, fully representing the aspirations of the people.”
